Hillary Clinton just threw some major shade at one of Donald Trump’s biggest insecurities and all it took was three simple words.
Donald Trump’s obsession with crowd sizes whether at rallies, inaugurations, or public appearances is well known.
Even former President Barack Obama took a jab at it during his 2024 Democratic National Convention speech, comparing Trump’s fixation to a “penis measuring contest” in a pointed bit of humor.
4 Million Show Up But Not for Trump
Over the weekend, Trump finally held his long-hyped military parade, marking the 250th anniversary of the U.S. military and, some say, celebrating his own birthday. His team claimed about 250,000 people attended in person. But while Trump paraded, a much larger movement was unfolding: more than 4 million people reportedly joined “No Kings” protests across the country on the very same day.
Hillary Clinton weighed in with a viral Instagram post, sharing side-by-side photos of Trump’s sparsely attended event and the massive protests. Her caption was brief but cutting: “Compare and contrast scenes from yesterday in America.”
She added: “On one side, Trump’s low-energy ‘Dear Leader’ parade (your tax dollars: $45 million). On the other, millions of Americans standing together to remind him — here, we have no kings.”
Clinton’s Post Sparks Cheers and Outrage
The phrase “No Kings” quickly went viral online, becoming a symbol of resistance as Instagram flooded with clapping hands and raised fist emojis. Hillary Clinton’s post struck a chord with her supporters, who praised her sharp timing. “I love you so much for doing this, Hillary!!!” one commenter wrote. Another added simply, “The shade of it all!”
With just three words, Clinton ignited a cultural moment highlighting the contrast between Trump’s $45 million parade and the nationwide protests. But not everyone was impressed.
Conservatives blasted her for what they called “disrespect” toward the military. Many pointed out that Clinton spent the weekend at a wedding in the Hamptons while mocking Trump’s patriotic event.
“This witch was a few votes away from becoming commander in chief,” wrote right-wing commentator Benny Johnson on X. “This is what she thinks of our military. Man, @BuzzPatterson was right. Hillary hates the troops.”

Critics Lash Out at Clinton’s “No Kings” Post
“Hillary Clinton hates the troops, bigtime,” posted the assistant director of Florida’s Voice on X, joining a chorus of conservative backlash.
Another user slammed her for showing “utter contempt for the 250th birthday of the @USArmy.”
Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Buzz Patterson, a longtime Clinton critic, added his own jab: “And we don’t have queens either. We have a duly elected president… which you’ll never be.”
While Clinton’s post struck a chord with her supporters, it clearly touched a nerve on the right.
