Amber Heard has the ‘most beautiful face in the world,’ according to scientists.
Heard, 38, is an American actress and activist known for her roles in films such as Aquaman, as well as her personal life, particularly her tumultuous relationship with actor Johnny Depp.
And now, she’s earned another major accolade, having been declared to have the most scientifically beautiful face in the world.
“Most stunning woman alive,” one fan agrees.
Another adds: “She’s seriously gorgeous.”
“These results don’t surprise me at all,” agrees a third.

Amber Heard’s early Hollywood career featured a string of minor roles in TV series such as Jack & Bobby (2004) and The O.C. (2005), along with appearances in films like Friday Night Lights (2004).
She gradually built momentum with supporting roles in movies like Never Back Down and Pineapple Express in 2008.
Her breakout moment came in 2011 when she starred opposite Johnny Depp in The Rum Diary, an adaptation of Hunter S. Thompson’s novel. The role elevated her profile and also marked the beginning of her highly publicized relationship with Depp—a relationship that would later eclipse much of her professional work in the media spotlight.
Heard’s status as a major Hollywood name was cemented with her role as Mera in the DC Extended Universe, debuting in Justice League (2017) and gaining prominence in Aquaman (2018).
Despite her career milestones, Heard’s personal life has frequently taken center stage, often overshadowing her accomplishments on screen.

Her relationship with Johnny Depp, which began around 2011, quickly became a media spectacle.
The two married in 2015, but the marriage unraveled soon after. In May 2016, Heard filed for divorce and was granted a restraining order against Depp, alleging domestic abuse.
Depp denied the accusations, and the couple finalized their divorce in 2017 with a $7 million settlement—money that Heard publicly pledged to donate to charity.
However, the legal conflict between them didn’t end with the divorce; it would continue to escalate and dominate headlines for years to come.

In 2018, Heard published an op-ed in The Washington Post, speaking about her experiences with domestic violence—though she did not mention Johnny Depp by name.
Depp responded by filing a defamation lawsuit in 2019, arguing that the article had severely damaged his reputation and career.
Heard countersued, setting the stage for a high-profile trial in 2022 that captured global attention.
The courtroom drama unfolded under intense public scrutiny, with both actors offering starkly different versions of their relationship.
In the end, the jury sided largely with Depp, awarding him $10 million in damages. Heard was also awarded $2 million in her countersuit for defamatory remarks made by Depp’s legal team.

Since stepping back from the spotlight, Amber Heard has kept a relatively low profile—until now.
She’s back in the headlines, but for an entirely different reason.
Dr. Julian De Silva, a renowned Harley Street plastic surgeon, has been using advanced facial mapping technology to analyze celebrities and determine who possesses the most “perfect” facial features, based on the ancient Greek concept of the “Golden Ratio.”
This mathematical ratio—Phi, or 1.618—has long been associated with ideal beauty, measuring proportions of the eyes, nose, lips, chin, jawline, and overall facial symmetry.
According to Dr. De Silva’s analysis, the Aquaman star’s facial features align with the Golden Ratio at an impressive 91.85%, placing her among the most scientifically beautiful women in Hollywood.
“The Phi ratio of 1.618 has long been believed to hold the key to beauty,” Dr. De Silva told Us Weekly. “Thanks to modern computer mapping, we can now apply this theory to real women.”
Using the same technology, he also found that Kim Kardashian has the most scientifically perfect eyebrows, Scarlett Johansson has the most ideal eyes, and Emily Ratajkowski boasts the most perfectly shaped lips.

Dr. De Silva also created a composite image of what he calls the most scientifically “perfect face,” using features from a range of celebrities widely regarded as beautiful.
He combined Amber Heard’s nose, Kim Kardashian’s eyebrows, Scarlett Johansson’s eyes, Emily Ratajkowski’s lips, Rihanna’s face shape, and Kate Moss’ forehead to form the ideal face based on the Golden Ratio.
At the time of the study, Kardashian ranked second overall with a score of 91.39%, followed by Moss at 91.06%. Ratajkowski and Kendall Jenner rounded out the top five with scores of 90.8% and 90.18%, respectively.
Despite the numerical precision of his analysis, Dr. De Silva emphasized that beauty remains subjective, saying science can only provide “objective measurements” and not define personal or cultural standards.
As for Heard, she has shared her own take on beauty in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar:
“Your beauty isn’t in how other people see you—it’s not in some trait you’re born with or something that just happens to you,” she said. “Ephemeral qualities are fleeting by nature. Real beauty is found in what you earn, in the things you fight for and build within yourself.”
